This interactive workshop offers participants a dynamic and immersive experience in exploring the vocalization, melodies, meanings, and cultural significance of Samoan songs. Through focused vocal learning and cultural immersion, participants will engage deeply with the harmonic richness of Samoan choral traditions, including a special exploration of music from the Tinā film. This session provides a unique insight into the context of why these songs were chosen for the powerful Samoan/NZ film.
