Taranaki SingFest 2026

SingFest Taranaki is an annual celebration of community singing, bringing together choirs from across the region for a day filled with music, connection, giving and joy.

This year SingFest Taranaki will be hosted by the Taranaki Harmony Chorus, who will help run the event and provide a shared afternoon tea for choir members after the event.

SingFest will feature many of the choirs from throughout Taranaki, presenting a variety of choral genre.

Each participating choir is asked to present up to three songs. There will be an MC introducing the choirs and their items and the afternoon will conclude with a massed singing of the national anthem.

Location: St Andrews Church, Liardet St, New Plymouth

Cost

Member Choirs: Free for NZCF member choirs - please bring a donation for the Foodbank.
Non Member Choirs: $10 per singer
